IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- The payment is required by 04/08/2019.

 

- If the athlete does not pay in time, the photos won't be taken during the event.
 

- In case the athlete dislike the photos or photographer cannot capture good quality or enough photos of the athlete as this contract states, the money will be refunded.
 

- Once submitted this form, you grant to NFA and the Photographer the right to use your image to be used in social media platforms including by not limited to the following: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
